When
you live your art then your art is something alive. In the modern world
we are taught that Art is something apart from Life. But the reality of
artists who live their art is somehow missed. Art is not something
apart from life. Otherwise the simple
hats and bags would never have become the artistic expressions of the
person's soul. It may be just a bag for holding leaves or nuts. Or a hat
to protect the head. The spirit from the fingers of the maker will find
its way into the work and will be an expression of life.
